This is a tool derived from the Ancient Turkish ritual originated from the bath houses of Turkey, also known as hamams. The BH X-Foliator is made from finely woven 100% plant silk, and will effortlessly exfoliate your skin, leaving you feeling super smooth and soft.
The BH X-Foliator will help remove dead skin, stubborn fake tan, prevent ingrown hairs, brighten dull skin, improve the appearance of scars cellulite and stretch marks.Please be gentle especially if this is your first time using an exfoliating glove. Do not press too hard on your skin.
How to Use:
Step 1:
Soak your skin under warm, steamy water for at least 5-10 minutes. Do not use any body wash, soaps, shower gels or similar products before using the glove for best results. This is because the BH X-Foliator relies on direct friction with the skin.
Step 2:
Put on your exfoliating glove, rinse under warm water and then wring the glove out. Now remove yourself from out of the water if having a bath, or turn off the water if showering. Do not dry your skin and make sure it remains wet.
Now move the glove in sweeping motions across your skin applying pressure using long and firm strokes.
Please ensure that you are gentle on sensitive areas. You may notice that your skin will start to peel. This is normal and keep exfoliating as it creates a snowball effect which provides an even better exfoliation.
Step 3:
Once you have exfoliated and you are finished, rinse your body thoroughly with water.
You can now use a body wash, shower gel or similar products.
Once you are done with your shower, pat your skin dry and apply some of your favourite moisturiser.
Step 4:
Hand wash your glove using some soap and hang your glove to air dry. Please do NOT machine wash your glove, hand-wash only. Your glove will shrink after the first use.

Tips & Care:
- Visible skin peeling results are not always guaranteed but please rest assured that your skin will be exfoliated regardless and the exfoliation is still effective.
- The BH X-Foliator glove will shrink after first wash.
- We recommend using the BH X-Foliator once a week to maintain healthy and smooth skin.
- Always hand wash your X-Foliator glove and never machine wash it, then hang it to air dry. Once dry you can use the zipper bag provided to keep it in.
- Be gentle on sensitive areas.
- Avoid using your X-Foliator glove on any open wounds, inflamed skin or sunburned skin.
- You should use the X-Foliator glove with just water and no other products.

Consistency is essential, it is recommended to exfoliate a minimum of once per week to achieve the best results.
