Due to the nature of the products returns, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please ensure that when ordering a product for your skin that it is correct for your skin type and the concern that you would like to treat.

Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.

BH Skin cannot accept liability for items that are lost in transit. It is you, the consumers, responsibility to ensure that the address provided is accurate as once the order has gone through this cannot be amended, and BH Skin will not assume any responsibility.

BH skin is not responsible for any duties and fees mandated by customs and will not ship out replacement packages. If any parcels are returned back to BH Skin due to you not accepting it, not collecting it after the delivery provider has left you a note, you will have to pay for the product to be redelivered as BH Skin does not accept any responsibility.

Next day delivery: can take 3-5 working days to despatch and then 1-2 working days to deliver.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery is aimed between 3 to 5 working days once it has been dispatched.


All international orders are sent out via royal mail.

Due to Coronavirus related delays, all international deliveries can take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

All orders will be despatched by BH Skin within 3-5 working days, and then a further 2-4 weeks to arrive to you.

All of the delivery dates above are estimates and can take longer when there are customs holds on your parcels from the country that you have ordered from. Any delivery delays are out of our control and we do not take responsibility for any delays.
